Terms and Conditions

Napkn is a product of STRLGHT. These terms apply to contractors who use Napkn and to homeowners who use a quote tool powered by Napkn. By creating an account, joining the beta waitlist, or submitting a quote request, you agree to these terms.

The service

Napkn provides instant, ballpark project estimates based on pricing that each contractor configures for their own business. Estimates are informational only. They are not a bid, a contract, or a binding offer, and the final price depends on an on-site inspection.

Accounts

Napkn is invite-only during the beta. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for everything done through your account. You must have permission to install the quote tool on the website you connect, and you must keep your pricing accurate and lawful.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no reverse engineering, no scraping, no attempts to access other businesses' data, no unlawful or deceptive pricing, and no uploading of content you do not have the rights to (including logos and brand assets).

Leads and homeowner data

Contact details submitted through a contractor's quote tool belong to that contractor. STRLGHT processes that data on the contractor's behalf, as described in the Privacy Policy. Contractors are responsible for how they contact homeowners, including compliance with email, call, and text messaging laws.

Beta service, availability, and changes

The service is provided during beta on an as-is basis. Features may change and availability is not guaranteed. We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated by email or in the app.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, STRLGHT is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss arising from reliance on an estimate produced by the tool. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Termination

You can stop using Napkn at any time and request deletion of your workspace. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or put the service or other users at risk.
